We are an Innovative Web Solutions Company, based in Prudhoe, Northumberland, dedicated to creating and maintaining an effective, eye-catching online presence for our Clients, who span the UK.
Established in 2014, we pride ourselves in delivering a high-end, bespoke website design and development service.
We offer a variety of services from platform, hosting and domain services, copywriting, logo design, social media training, business consultancy and an on-going website support and maintenance service.
We love working closely with our Clients, offering a personal service, to identify their requirements.
Our aim is to turn our Clients’ visions into reality by creating/adapting their websites and ensuring the websites perform well, are striking and engaging but also remain simple to use. A well-designed website helps them promote their business/organisation to maximum effect, in turn, converting website traffic into potential customers.

Peter Surridge – Director
At the end of 2014, after a 27 year-long IT career at a senior level in a global financial organisation, Peter made the decision to set up his own Web Development Company. Initially working from home but he now has an office which he shares with his Team.
His former Corporate life has given him a wealth of experience to draw on, including Programme/Project Management, Application design, development, support and maintenance, just to name a few.
Peter loves what he does, using his skills, knowledge and experience to deliver high quality web solutions whilst passionately exploring new and exciting techniques and technology to remain current and leading edge.
It is often said, by his clients, that Peter has the patience of a Saint and his ability to engage with Clients throughout the website process, together with his attention to detail and responsiveness, brings in commendable reviews.
Out of work, Peter likes to go to Newcastle Eagles Basketball games with his son JP, he gets in the occasional scuba dive and is a trustee of a local charity that supports children with additional needs called Happy Faces Prudhoe.
Rutva Patel – Business Development Manager
Rutva joined Ridgetek after a lengthy career as a Lawyer.
As our client relationship and business support manager Rutva is friendly and approachable and is the first point of contact for current and future clients.
Rutva’s weekends are spent at football matches, supporting her boys but, in her spare time, she enjoys cooking and dancing the modern jive. She is also involved closely with the cancer support charity, Fighting All Cancers Together (FACT).
Lucinda Reed – Virtual Assistant
Lucinda owns Cornerstone PA Services and works for us on a freelance basis, compiling our newsletters and keeping our social media current.
Having worked alongside Ridgetek for over 3 years, Lucinda is an integral part of our team.
We also enjoy her visits to the office, especially when she brings us a batch of her delicious homemade flapjacks!
