I have been paying for a website support maintenance service package with Ridgetek for several years now….It means that I know my website gets checked every month and I get to find out monthly exactly what was done to it. If anything goes wrong or I have questions, it gets dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I love that I have my own support log in on their website and can keep track of jobs. Over the last few years I have had a few websites. All have allowed images to be seen but none have ever really captured everything I have wanted say and share. Now with the importance to access via computer lap top and phone I realised that an upgrade was necessary.
When I approached Ridgtek with my notes and wish list, l was not really clear in my own mind how it would work in practice. Peter listened carefully to my ideas and made practical and creative suggestions that gave me confidence that he really understood my expectations.
The results have totally exceeded those expectations, everything is so accessable and logical. Going to a specific photography gallery is so straightforward but then stepping back to select an alternative gallery within a set allows potential costumers to see my range of services quickly and easily.
The layout of the whole site just works so well that I am visiting myself so much more than previously just to enjoy seeing it. Access to add images or modify text is so straight forward that I am tweaking and uploading content regularly.
The part of the website that has given me the greatest satisfaction is the access via a phone. Everything is just as accessable as on a MAC or PC but considering how so many people will check a website these days by nothing other than a mobile phone it just works so well.
Ridgetek delivered my new site before the agreed delivery date and at a really competitive price.
The next step is to look as Web optimisation to make sure costumers can find my new site easily with improved ranking. With Ridgetek help I am confident that this will also be a real success.
